Freddie is a natural wine crafted by , in the Lisbon region in . This interesting, fruity orange wine is made with grapes, and this delightful wine has excellent notes of black tea, herbs, mandarin and nutmeg.

 Freddie is cool, interesting and great value. Minimal tannins but great complexity for the price

How is Freddie by Daughters of Madness made?

The white grapes were crushed and de-stemmed with light maceration. The must slowly fermented under steady cool conditions along with 50 percent of the stems for approximately 30 days before pressing.

The wine is aged in a cool stainless steel tank and was held on non reductive spent, wild yeast for close to 12 months.
