Classic method extra brut sparkling rosé from Champagne, produced by Diebolt-Vallois. Blend: 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir. An elegant Extra Brut Rosé Champagne, made in Cramant, in the Côte des Blancs, where the Diebolt-Vallois family has been producing champagne since 1978. Fermentation in thermostatically controlled vats. Rosé blend: addition of Bouzy Rouge (grand cru). Strawberry aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of red grapefruit, blood orange, and fennel. Deep pink color. On the palate, the wine is intense, accompanied by notes of red berries, a unique sensory experience.
