Domaine Cailbourdin was started by Alain and Carmen Cailbourdin in 1980. Over the years cementing their reputation as one of the finest growers in the Pouilly-Fume appellation, with 16 hectares split between the different crus, each of which is vinified separately. They practise both organic and biodynamic viticulture.

• Les Racines is produced from vines grown on a mix of quartz sand and limestone
• This is a particularly expressive cuvee with a grapefruit, passionfruit and mandarin fruit profile, and subtle acacia florals
• Works well as an aperitif, or paired with fish, snails, cold cuts or salads
