THIS MAGNUM IS VERY BIG! And has a tendancy to bubble over from the magnum when opened, so open cold and carrefully, ideally outside with two glasses to hand

This Pet Nat wine which is kindof inbetween a Cremant and a Pet Nat in style on the palete. Hyper Modeste wine is actually only available as a magnum, as it is the bigger bottle size of Super Modeste.

This Hypermodeste is fresh, clean, zippy and funk-free.

We enjoyed notes of melon, cucumber, light raspberry cordial and a touch of lemon sherbert. What a delight!
