Domaine des Enfants “Le Jouet” 2015

Primarily Grenache, from the Roussillon cool kids at Domaine des Enfants. Le Jouet (literally, “the toy”) is their experimental cuvée, so the blend varies year to year, riffing on Grenache and Lladoner Pelut. Partially carbonic and thus playful and peppery, with dark fruit and intense vibrancy.
