Métis 2020 by is a red-white blend wine made in the South of Jura with 35% Pinot Noir, 27% red grape varieties from the AOC Côtes du Jura, 15% Enfariné and 8% Mille. This wine is quite unique, and very different from their more classic style. It is sensitive to air, and should be drunk in one sitting.
