A still biodynamic white from the Jura, France, 15% ABV, 100% Savagnin, produced by Domaine Pignier. Vintage 2018, 0.75L bottle. A wine born from a family history dating back to 1794, when the Pignier family acquired the monks’ vineyards. Aged for 36 months in oak barrels under a layer of yeast, without the addition of yeast, sugar, or other oenological additives. A refined yet powerful citrus nose. Golden straw color. Candied citrus and walnut notes on the palate, with extraordinary length, remarkable smoothness, and precision.
