Still red wine from Beaujolais, 12% ABV, produced by Emmanuel Giboulot. 100% Gamay, 2018 vintage. A wine born from a passion for organic viticulture, with a history dating back to the 1970s. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully vinified, with part of the grapes vinified whole and the other destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration lasted 22 days in open wooden vats, with punching down and pumping over. A wine that expresses the Beaujolais terroir.
