Etnella – 2021 Kaos 5.0

Kaos 5.0 by is a volcanic white wine made on Mount Etna, Sicily with , , , , and grapes.

This Kaos is a white wine, but with a touch of skin contact made from a field blend mainly with the above grapes, which come from vines of 30-120 years old.

This is VERY expressive in a good way – a perfect Etna Bianco, with no added sulphur.
