Ferdinand’s Saar Dry Gin

An unique artisanal gin made in the heart of Germany’s historic Saar wine region. The team at Ferdinand’s believe in the terroir of the region and grow a period table of fruits, herbs and botanicals in their gardens that very from batch to batch to match the vintage of Zilleken wine they are infused with. This current release is infused with the 2014 Spätlese and features local juniper, quince, rosehip, sloe berries, hop blossom and rose all contribute to the dynamic flavor profile. On the palate the gin is soft round and luscious at first then bright and spicy with mouth-watering acidity on the finish.
