Gabrio Bini is a cult-favourite natural winemaker based on the island of Pantelleria, just off the coast of Sicily. His wines are aged in Amphora and left unfined and unfiltered, with no additions.
This Zibbibo wine is his most sought-after wine. It’s not only aged in terracotta Amphora for seven months, but taken from 60 year old bush vines found up high on the island.
How does this taste? This 2022 is fantastic! Vibrant, piercing acidity alongside notes of sour lemon sweets, lemon pith, white flowers, salt, herbs, mandarin.
Amazing. So on point!! Worth the money. 10/10
