attilio Ghisolfi’s Barolo Bussia DOCG is suitable for drinking from a young age thanks to its lovely softness and full-bodied, fruit-forward structure. Obtained from the estate’s most recent vineyards in the commune of Monforte d’Alba with its marly, tufaceous soil. Vinification involves maceration for about 10 days at a controlled temperature and fermentation exclusively with indigenous yeasts.
