Hermit Ram Pinot Noir 2016

A New Zealand pinot noir from Canterbury, sourced from predominantely clay soil with bands of limestone. Whole bunch and fermented with natural yeast. Floral with earth, roses and crushed berries on the nose Рmedium body Рfresh and delightfully tart (cherries) on the palate, balanced with medium tannins.
