Herzanovi – Silvaner 2017

Herzanovi ‘Silvaner 2017’ comes from the Czech Republic, and now has some age on it. Looking forward to trying this, but we hear from the importer it is a full-bodied Sylvaner, you’ll find tones of acacia blossom, honey and spices, with a very good minerality. Expect higher acidity but at the same time creaminess and roundness, with a very long finish.
