A Vermentino born from Sting and Trudie’s passion for Tuscany, a wine that evokes the freshness and elegance of this land. Aromas of jasmine, banana puree, lemon peel, and white pepper are complemented by exotic notes of star fruit and physalis, along with mineral notes of tuff and salt rock. A sparkling straw yellow. Warm, soft, and sensual on the palate, it is refreshed by citrusy nuances and marked by savory, well-rounded notes.
