Iron Smoke Apple Wood Smoked Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey

Iron Smoke Distillery, located in Upstate New York is the new kid on the block when it comes to distilling. However that doesn’t mean they can’t hold their own against big brand names. What sets Iron Smoke aside from other brands is they expose their ingredients to “applewood smoke”, which is very similar to how single malts are exposed to peat. It is then aged in new triple-charred American oak and brought to proof with local spiring water. Drinking Iron Smoke Bourbon is like having BBQ in a bottle, by far one of our favorite whiskies available.
