OVNI Blanc is a dry white wine with a light yellow colour. The nose is discreet and elegant, with notes of citrus and dried white fruit (almond, hazelnut). On the palate, the wine is greedy, light, with a nice freshness. This OVNI is a generous dry white wine, always airy, where the purity and tension of the Sauvignon are enhanced by the smoothness of the Chardonnay.
