Since 1800, the Vesselle family has cultivated the chalky soils of the Bouzy area of Champagne, with great respect for tradition and the terroir that produces the best Pinot Noir grapes in the area. Jean Vesselle Champagne Brut Reserve is an elegant Champagne, magnificently structured with hints of peach, crisp apple and freshly baked biscuits. This Champagne is a perfect blend of Pinot Noir (80%) and Chardonnay (20%) grapes, produced only from vines older than 30 years, which elegantly emphasizes the predominance of the Pinot Noir with the subtle notes of chamomile that the Chardonnay gives it, expressing the best of the grape varieties of its terroir of origin. This wine is made sparkling using the classic method, aging on the lees for 36 months. Jean Vesselle Champagne Brut Reserve opens with a clear, intense, and distinctive bouquet of white fruit and delicate aromas of herbs and spices.
