The culmination of experimental sweet mashes distilled between August 2017 and September 2018 in our original King Street facility, this 7-year-old spirit offers rich layers of baking spice, graham, caramel, tobacco with a pleasing finish. The 2025 release, marked as batches 4, 5, and 6, is a mingling of 20 barrels produced with Jimmy Red corn from 3 SC family farms.
