100% skin-fermented Assyritiko, with a touch of retsina! The nose has a very discreet pine resin, along with intense aromas of oregano, thyme and parsley. As it opens in the glass, fragrances come from incense, bergamot and kumquat. The mouth is beautiful and unusual, with exotic spice, citrus, and a spot of tannin.
