Katla Wines is Jas Swan, a winemaker who honed her winemaking techniques with winemakers in the Mosel Valley & Rheinhessen region of Germany. Now with her own vines and buying some grapes in elsewhere, her wines are interesting, wild and experimental. Katla wines makes both still and pet nat wines, some featuring PiWi hybrid grapes like Regent & Cabernet Blanc, which can make for an interesting experience.

Open the Pet Nats carefully and very cold, as they are undisgorged and so will bubble over.
