Still white wine from Alto Adige DOC, 14% ABV, produced by Kellerei Bozen. 100% Sauvignon. 0.75 l bottle, 2022 vintage. A Sauvignon Riserva born from the passion and expertise of the Kellerei Bozen winery, with a history dating back to 1908. The grapes come from the warm, steep porphyry slopes of Renon above Bolzano, at an altitude of 550 meters. Harvest in mid-September. Soft pressing of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation in barriques and tonneaux. Aged in barriques and tonneaux, further maturation in the bottle. Intense straw yellow with greenish reflections. Intense fruity notes of gooseberry, elderflower, aromatic herbs, and refined woody notes. Full-bodied, robust, and harmonious with a well-balanced acidity.
