Kokomo Sauvignon Blanc Dry Creek Valley 2023 750ml

Picking our Sauvignon Blanc at different ripeness levels gives this wine versatility and complexity. The natural acidity and citrus components of the earlier pick, and the more viscous mouth-feel and tropical components of the later pick, make this a layered Sauvignon Blanc. To further enhance the mouthfeel, we barrel fermented 50% of the wine in Acacia wood barrels, and stirred them weekly.
