La Villana – Fuorliluogo ’19*

Fuorliluogo ’19* by is a natural wine made in Lazio with grapes.

Joy Kull is a female winemaker based on the outskirts of Rome, and using no sulphur in her wines. We find her wines full of life and character!

This wine is unique as it’s made from Pinot Noir, which is very rare in Lazio! The name and label depicts this, with the image showing a wolf in sheeps clothing…

12% in alcohol, we suggest to serve this slightly chilled (like most light reds).

Nose of car caramel sweets and bramble fruit. Palette gives off delightful tingly tannins unexpected with pinot noir, alongside a herbacious character. Interesting, different and tasty.

Works a treat with steak frites and peppercorn sauce.
