Lagavulin Offerman Edition Aged 11 Years

Nick Offerman is best known for his role on the show Parks and Recreation, but he’s also long been a fan and advocate of Lagavulin, the peaty single malt from the small island of Islay. This limited edition bottle is a collaboration between Offerman and his favorite brand, an 11-year-old blend of Islay single malt from ex-bourbon filled a rejuvenated bourbon casks. It is more youthful than typical Lagavulin releases, which hear makes for a zippier and brighter spirit with more robust peat smoke on the nose and finish. It still has the creamy mouthfeel Lagavulin is known for, but is a jasper and brighter rendition.
