Laherte Frères Champagne Les 7 Extra Brut 750ml

Pretty golden color, tons of lees on the initial nose along with some nuttiness but some stone fruit, white nectarine, pushing through. This one wins with a broad fleshy palate sporting granny smith apple, lemon, ranier cherry and that nectarine with a wonderfully full texture, frothy mousse and laser focused acidity. Lots of minerality balancing out the acid and fruit. A little hazlenut on the long finish and even some chalky grip. Really liking this. Has so much going on
