Laurent Saillard – Ugni Blanc 2021

Ugni Blanc by is a white wine made in Tourraine, Loire with grapes, which is the French version of Trebbiano.

For this vintage, Laurent Saillard lost pretty much their whole harvest and so relied on winemaker friends to help them out, selling them grapes to make different wines to what they usually do!
