An organic still white wine from Lazio, produced by Le Coste. This wine is the result of a project to revitalize the local area, with production following biodynamic principles. The grapes, predominantly Procanico with a small percentage of other traditional varietals, are completely destemmed and macerated on the skins for two weeks. After pressing, the wine completes fermentation and ages for about a year in 500-liter amphorae, then spends a few months in the bottle before being released.
