Poulsard En Boutasse 2023 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Jura region in . This red wine grown around the town of Poligny, is made with grapes which are taken from an old parcel from Valentin Morel’s father, that has comes back in the family and is in it’s first year of chemical-free conversion. Aged for 8 months in VATS for crisp freshness
Expect a light, fruity gem with bright red fruits shining, ideal to sip before dinner, ideally with a slight chill.
NOTE: This wine should have a decant to breathe a bit, as it’s a little closed at first and you should airate it. If you can, age for 6-12 months
