Arces Maceres 2020 is a natural wine crafted by Alice Boluvot of , in the Jura region in , more specifically in Arbois. This macerated, orange wine is made with 100% grapes are taken from domain grapes, rather than this being Alice’s negoce range. Here Chardonnay grapes are taken from her Les Arces plot and macerated for 3 months on skins.
