This deep violet-colored wine has a bouquet of Chambord, crumbled sage and aniseed. Brambly fruit of the wood, dark chocolate, black olive paste and licorice flavors are set into plush tannins that coat the tongue and gums. A shining streak of acidity brightens the palate from first sip to finish. Drink through 2037.
