This Mars Iwai 45 is a higher proof version of the original signature spirit, with a distinctive fruit-forward, bourbon flavor profile and further versatility in cocktails. Notes of vanilla and butterscotch on the nose followed by baked apples and strawberry notes. The flavor is pleasantly sweet with ripe pears, quince, chocolate, and toffee. The finish is lingering with sweetness.
