Matassa – Tattouine 2023

Tattouine 2023 by is a natural wine made in Roussillon with a 50/50 blend of both and grapes making this a red-white blend. The grapes are grown on limestone soils and harvested from old vines. This wine, like all Matassa wines, sees no added sulphites in the vinification or bottling process.

How does Tattouine by Matassa taste?

We have not yet tried this 2023 vintage but previous vintages of Tattouine have a vibrant and ‘quirky’ profile with light berry fruits, nice acidity, a hint of mild spice and generally a really interesting, light profile!
