Max sein Wein – Trio Sauvage

Trio Sauvage by is a natural wine made in Baden with 60% Silvaner (directly pressed) and 40% Pinot Gris and Chardonnay (which are macerated together on skins), so its kindof a different style of blending.

Winemaker Max Baumann trained with Gut Oggau and Judith Beck, and is known to leave his wines with long elebage in old barrels and let rest in the bottle before releasing to the public.
