Meinklang – Foam Weiss Pet Nat

Meinklang ‘Foam Weiss’ a pet nat made from Pinot Gris, which has been slightly macerated giving it a unique pinkish colour, but not quite rose.

This Pet Nat has a distinct  hoppyness to it, reminding us of an IPA beer with tropical notes coming through too. One of a kind!
