How does Nacht edition 4 taste?

Fantastic acidity and zingy freshness in this light red. Quite electric and yet also very graceful. Herbal notes dance around a plum compote vibe, with teases of wild strawberries, soft white pepper, rrhubarb, apple, forest floor / wet leaves. Delicious and unique!

Whilst called Nacht, this wine is softer in tannins to Abend, which is more designed for food. This is to wind down the night. Brilliant premium wine
