Compromis is a natural wine crafted by female winemaker , in the Sud-Ouest, Gaillac region of . This orange wine is made with and grapes, which we must admit we have not experienced before! Winemaker Melanie Kröber is actually German, and has had a range of careers before settling into wine, including economics and even cheese, where we hear she even has her own TED talk on it!
