La Resistencia by Microbiowines is a wine with the vines planted on clay and quartz sand. Handpicked a few days before full maturity, so the wine doesn’t become too alcoholic and still has a chance to express its fruit.Matured in large clay vessels for 8 months. WE ADORE THIS WINE. Super fresh, zippy and light with a subtle complexity too. We found notes of green apple, spearmint, lemon zest and a stoney minerality. Delicious
MicroBio who makes this La Resistencia wine is a Spanish winery located in the province of Valladolid, which is part of the Castilla y Leon region. The winery was founded in 2010 by Ismael Gozalo, who comes from a family of winemakers with over 300 years of experience in the industry.
Ismael specialises in Verdejo, and is considered by many as the master of it in the natural wine world.
