Microbio Blanco 2021 is a delightful Verdejo wine by winemaker Ismael Gozalo of MicroBioWines!

This wine is 13.5% and comes armed with some nice body, ideal for food. Balances freshness and structure nicely. Tastes a bit like a bitter lemon tonic. Vibrant and perfect for warm weather! Lovely stuff.

Who is MicrobioWines?

MicroBio is a Spanish winery located in the province of Valladolid, which is part of the Castilla y Leon region.

Focusing pretty much exclusively on Spanish grape Vedejo, the winery was founded in 2010 by Ismael Gozalo, who comes from a family of winemakers with over 300 years of experience in the industry.
