MicroBioWines – Nieva York 2022

Nieva York by is a fun, sparkling Pet Nat wine made in Castile and Leon with grapes! Expect freshness and some soft aromatics.

MicroBio is a Spanish winery located in the province of Valladolid, which is part of the Castilla y Leon region.

Focusing pretty much exclusively on Spanish grape Verdejo, the winery was founded in 2010 by Ismael Gozalo, who comes from a family of winemakers with over 300 years of experience in the industry. Many of his Verdejo vines are very old, and Ismael is seen as the king of Natural Verdejo!
