MicroBioWines – Sin Rumbo 2021

Sin Rumbo by is made in Castile and Leon with grapes.

After a cold maceration, the wine moves into one of two French wooden barrels for almost a year. We hear this is a wine with a remarkable density, a creamy freshness and enough acidity to take on some greasy dishes. In addition, aromas of dried stone fruits and citrus peel.

MicroBio is a Spanish winery located in the province of Valladolid, which is part of the Castilla y Leon region.

Focusing pretty much exclusively on Spanish grape Verdejo, the winery was founded in 2010 by Ismael Gozalo, who comes from a family of winemakers with over 300 years of experience in the industry.
