How does Dopamin taste?
Dopamin tastes awesome! Vibrant, energetic and with a certain zing on the tongue from the Grüner and Riesling. Electric, but also a little a creamy ⚡️ Notes of green apple, lime zest, a sherbert zing and a sense of minerality. All about the acidity this one!
Milan Nestarec states that “Dopamin, the “feel-good” hormonal messenger key to many processes in our body, was definitely released when we were making this wine. It’s an ode to my signature spontaneity and curiosity (some might say lack of plan, haha), a white solera born in 2019 in one of our very first Stockinger barrels. At first, we started blending various white wines (mostly Gruner, some Chardo and Riesling) from our Slovenské plot that didn’t fit into their respective barrels, and then each vintage it became this game of “Stockinger Surprise”, a wine living its own life without any projections about how it should taste. And it tastes good! Beautiful energy, a wine made for drinking (by glass).”
