O. Lemasson Bois Sans Soif 2016

50% Menu Pineau/50% Chenin Blanc. Co-fermented. From natural winemaker Olivier Lemasson, bottled with no sulfur and no filtration. Bois Sans Soif translates as  “drunk without thirst” but is a colloquial insult meaning “you’re a drunk.” Rich and textured. Look for smooth finish with a seductive undertone of oxidization.  Drink with sage-braised turkey breasts or sole fillet in cream sauce.  Or just on its own.
