Patrick Bouju – G&M 2022

G&M 2022 by  & Justine Loiseau of Domaine la Boheme is a light orange wine, vinified in Auvergne but with grapes sourced elsewhere.

This blend changes year to year, with this 2022 featuring 30% Muscat d’Alexandrie (Zibibbo) from the south of France, 20% Gewürztraminer, 30% Chardonnay-Muscaté from auvergne and the rest is a mix of Grenache blanc and Grenache Gris plus Ugni Blanc 

How does Patrick Bouju’s G&M taste?

This wine is beautiful! Aromatic, interesting and tropical. Expect JUICY notes of peppermint, physalis, papaya, honeymelon, angostura bitters and much more.
