Patrick Bouju – M 2022

M 2022 by  is a natural wine vinified in Auvergne with grapes, grown in the Loire. Melon de Bourgogne is another word for the grape Muscadet, which this is – and it has all the best characteristics of the grape, just made naturally with no added sulphites.

This affordable Domaine la Bohemé wine truly is such a fine and delicious wine from the cult producer. There is a slight saltiness to it, alongside mineral touches, lychee, vanilla, green apple. Truly wonderful.
