Patrick Bouju – P Pinot Noir 2023

P Pinot Noir 2023 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Auvergne region in . This red wine is made with 80% grapes, which unlike the Domaine wine “Cailloux” is sourced from their trusted neighbour. There is also 20% Gamay included in this mix actually too, sourced from the Coteau de Gergovie in Auvergne.

This vintage of P which is made with whole bunch maceration (so using the stems too) is a little bigger at 14% (which you don’t feel) and has some lively, smooth tannins, touches of vanilla and forest fruits. Very delicious!
