An iconic Champagne, a Brut Réserve that embodies the tradition and elegance of the Paul Bara House, founded in 1860. Aromas of ripe, plump fruit, with a predominance of Mirabelle plum, followed by spices and honey, accentuated by notes of candied fruit, bergamot, and orange peel. The perlage is fine and persistent, characterized by a beautiful ring. Fruity and fresh, full-bodied and powerful, with hints of yellow peach and light peppery notes.
