RWT stands for Red Winemaking Trial, the name given to the project when its development began in 1995. In 2000, the first RWT shiraz was launched with the 1997 vintage.

• Made from fruit selected for its aromatic qualities and fine texture. Deep crimson in colour. Scents of rosemary, almond croissant, cinnamon bun and crème brûlée on the nose
• This is medium bodied, with a firm and binding structure. A mouth-watering acidity on the palate, with plenty of opulent red fruit. Youthful and energetic, yet this vintage impatiently awaits its secondary and tertiary maturation phases.

Pair this with beef, game, veal, poultry or mushroom risotto.
