Philippe Chatillon – La Grande Chaude 2022 (one per order)

La Grande Chaude 2022 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Jura region in . This red wine is made with ,  plus a splash of  and grapes, so quite a mix!

The name comes from the parcel found in the village of Passenans, closer to Chateau Chalon than Arbois like the rest of his plots.

Expect this 2022 to have freshness but also mild structure alongside tingly tannins with a light mouthfeel and a little tart, bitter touch with notes of cranberry, earthy soil, underipe strawberries and pomegranate. Age for best results here, as it is still quite young.
