Porta Del Vento – Voria Rosato MAGNUM

Voria Rosato MAGNUM is a big bottle of Pet Nat made by , in the Sicily region in . This sparkling wine is made with grapes, grown in Camporeale, high up on a hill where it is very windy. Porta Del Vento means “Door of the Wind” and having visited to film our short video documentary below… we can confirm this!

However, the windy conditions are perfect for making sparkling wine in Sicily, as the winds cool down the grapes from the hot sun at nighttime, preserving acidity which is essential for a good Pet Nat.
